Bulbs whether inside or outside your car are a very important feature your car. It is important to check them regularly to ensure sure all your bulbs are working correctly. Most people get in the car without giving a second thought of lights working correctly. They are there to ensure you can see but also that you are seen by others. With no brake, indicator or reverse light no one behind will know what your intentions are.

Your car will fail an MOT if bulbs are not woking and if you do get pulled over by the police you may just get a verbal warning, but you could also get:

• a fixed penalty notice - a £60 fine and three points on your licence

• a Vehicle Defect Rectification Notice - 14 days to fix the fault and provide proof of the fix

• your car taken off the road immediately
